This event is part of "Mariemont Preservation Presents", a series of monthly Saturday-morning performances to watch and artmaking to enjoy with your favorite kids! Programs start promptly at 10am; seating is first-come, first-served. Register online here.

Join the fun and discovery of music on November 19 for an interactive hour with Ensemble Fioratura, Cincinnati’s child-friendly classical chamber group. This delightful ensemble takes the “highbrow” out of “Highbrow” music and serves it up to your child as a sensory relish! Step into the world of what it’s like to play the flute, bow a violin, tickle the piano ivories or hear a soprano hold a high C for seemingly forever as this interactive team demonstrates and educates! Experience an amazing arrangement of “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,” by one of history’s most famous composers that your child will be sure to remember. Make friends with Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Bishop, Fauré, Debussy and Saint-Saens. Finally, hum along for a special interactive sing along. Ensemble Fioratura’s members feature Mary Southworth Shaffer, soprano; Audrey Causilla, piano/keyboards, Heidi Yenney, violin; and Suzanne Bona, flutist. Suzanne is also host of the weekly syndicated public radio show, Sunday Baroque, broadcast over 166 stations around the globe.
Recommended for ages 3 and up.
