New and Experienced painters learn about oil pigments and mediums, choosing and mixing them to create the colors they desire. Experimentation, discovery and a bit of record keeping is enjoyed and encouraged. Participants make a “color mixing record” for future reference and apply their knowledge to produce a realistic or abstracted still life painting on canvas.
