Dissecting the Landscape in the Medium of Your Choice.

Do you find landscape painting too difficult? Are you overwhelmed with trying to paint or draw land, sky, water, trees, mountains, buildings or grasses all at once? In this 6 week class we will focus on only one of these landscape elements at a time. For example, we will spend one class just learning how to draw or paint trees, close up and far away. In another class we will learn how to depict skies and clouds at different times of day, still and wavy water, hills, vegetation and more.                                                                                                      

Students can work in whatever medium they are most comfortable including; oil, acrylic, watercolor, or pastels. Some basic drawing experience will be helpful. Classes will take place on Tuesdays, 9:30am-12:30pm from October 8 – November 12.

Fee: $170.00 for the full 6 weeks. Can't take all 6 classes? Choose the classes that fit your schedule - $36/class. Minimum: 4 classes for $144.
