Love Letters*, by A.R. Gurney
Wednesday, November 6th, @ 7:00 PM.

Doors open @ 6:30 PM

No charge for admission, but a donation to the Barn for programs like this will be greatly appreciated.

The finale for the first Readers Theatre Project series will be Love Letters, a Pulitzer Prize finalist, by great American playwright, A.R. Gurney.

Love Letters was conceived as a playreading, and is a favorite of the Who’sWho of Broadway and Hollywood stars, who have teamed up to share Gurney’s remarkable play on Broadway and throughout the country.

About the Play: Beginning in childhood, two life-long friends have been corresponding, beginning with birthday party thank-you notes and postcards sent from summer camps, and continuing as the eloquent constant in their lives. They share their joys and challenges, successes and failures, making it unmistakably clear how much they have meant to each other—often physically apart, but spiritually and emotionally as close as only true friends, lovers, or soulmates can be. Love Letters will make you laugh, and perhaps shed a tear or two. Join us for this perfect play to end the Readers Theatre Project first season.

Husband/wife team, Rafael de Acha and Kimberly Daniel**, have been performing together for over 50 years, and will share the stage for the finale of this season’s series of play readings.

All performances in the Loft at The Barn/Woman’s Art Club Cultural Center
