Looking for a venue for your next special event? Why not hold it in our beautiful white vintage-1920s Barn, loaded with charm and architectural detail? The Barn is a wonderful location for receptions, celebrations, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, reunions, showers and parties of all kinds. You can view event photos HERE.

You can rent rooms separately or rent the entire facility. Party rooms at the Barn include the Gallery, the Tack Room, the Lindner Classroom on the first floor; and the Loft on the second floor (accessible by elevator). Our newly renovated Loft features a dozen skylights, new lighting, HVAC, and flooring, with all the original century old barn wood as a fabulous venue for your next event! Since we are first and foremost a Cultural Events Center - not a for-profit Event Venue - room availability will depend on scheduled art activities & classes, and your rental fee supports Art at The Barn.

Room capacities and sizes are listed below in the rental fee chart. The rental period is 6 - 8 hours.

~ Because we are a full-time arts center, party spaces will become available at the following times on Saturdays:

  •    Loft: 9am
  •    First floor classrooms: 2pm unless otherwise notified
  •    Gallery: 4pm

Attendant Fee (mandatory): $100 ($150 for Wedding Receptions) 
Furniture Setup Fee (optional): $150 for events with under 50 guests, $300 for events with over 50 guests

~ You are free to choose your own caterer (we do not restrict you to a certain list).

~ If your event is held outside, or you are hiring a DJ for inside or are having amplified live music, you will need to hire an off-duty Village of Mariemont Police Officer FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. (No amplified music permitted outside). Click here for application.

~ Contract and 50% deposit required to reserve your date, with no exceptions. You must contact the Barn for a tour prior to booking.
