Teaching at The Barn

Are you looking for instruction space to teach an arts-related class? The Barn offers four teaching studios for teachers to rent for classes:

Lindner Classroom (approx. max of 15 students at easels, 18 students at tables)

Tack Room (approx. max of 10 students at easels, 12 students at tables)

Gallery (for dance or acting classes)

Loft (for painting workshops, acting, etc.)

The cost is $30 for a three-hour or shorter block of time on the first floor, and $40 per three-hour or shorter time block in the Loft. Workshops from 9 - 4 with an hour break for lunch are $60 per day (considered as two 3-hour time blocks) on the first floor, and $80 in the Loft.. Workshops that stay up overnight are $90/day (counted as three 3-hour time blocks) on the first floor, and $120/day on the Loft. Teachers handle all communication, registration and payment from students, and simply pay rent to The Barn.

Teachers have taught such diverse classes as watercolor, oils, painting & drawing, pastels, jewelry-making, printing, portraiture, ballroom dance and improv.
